SUMMARY OF POSITION
As the Enhancements Project Manager, you will take charge of overseeing the successful and profitable management of enhancements crews, clients, and equipment, and materials across all assigned projects and accounts. Your role is pivotal in ensuring excellence in project execution, fostering client satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency.
ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and oversee client enhancements projects, coordinating job timelines and details to achieve outstanding results, reflecting in both execution and profitability.
- Foster seamless collaboration and effective communication with general contractors, subcontractors, clients, and foremen, to provide exceptional cleint service and quality execution.
- Enforce a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Manage the efficient flow of materials and oversee spoils removal, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste.
- Proactively order and procure materials and equipment for upcoming jobs, providing detailed purchase orders to vendors to streamline the procurement process.
- Manage hiring, training, and developing crew members, strategically planning, assigning, and directing work. Implement systems, address complaints, and resolve problems to foster a productive and motivated team.
- Provide exceptional customer service, proactively building loyalty, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following through on commitments.
- Maintain cohesive administrative processes across corporate, division, and project teams. Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to ensure operational continuity.
- Implement effective communication strategies to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering cooperation and collaboration within the team.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned, contributing flexibly to overall team success.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Commercial landscape enhancements or project manager preferred.
